01 How we help

Kibomi is made by a small team, so when you write to support, a real person reads your note. We can help with subscriptions and restored purchases, missing notifications, changing languages or companions, questions about what stays on your phone, and anything that simply isn't working the way you hoped.

We typically reply within two business days. If you don't hear back, please check your spam folder, our reply may be napping there.

02 Common questions

I subscribed on another device. How do I restore it?

Open Kibomi, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

My morning notification isn't arriving.

First, check that notifications are enabled in your phone's system settings for Kibomi. Inside the app, Settings lets you pick the delivery time. If it still doesn't arrive, write to us with your phone model and your chosen time, and we'll dig in.

Can I change my language or my companion later?

Your language can be changed any time. Companions can be switched during your first fourteen mornings or with Pro. Your mornings, relationships, streak and everything you've written stay preserved.

Do I need an account?

No. Kibomi has no accounts and no sign-in, and we hold no copy of your mornings. Everything lives on your phone. Kibomi has no user-facing reset. Deleting the app removes its app-container data; on iPhone, a protected recovery record may remain and restore your mornings and journal after reinstalling. Save a copy of your journal first.

How do I keep a copy of my journal?

Open Settings, choose Help, then Save a copy of your journal. That sends the whole journal to your phone's share sheet, so you can save it to Notes, Files, or somewhere else you trust. There is no cloud backup.

What happens after my fourteenth morning?

Your companion's awakening after seven mornings does not end the free journey. Morning 14 finishes normally, then Kibomi explains the change. One daily affirmation, your streak and mood check-in, existing journal and saved affirmations, your free companion in their base look, one reminder, and Settings remain free. Pro continues new writing and saves, relationship growth, every look and awakened self, additional companions and Awakenings, and multiple reminders. Nothing you already made or chose is deleted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Kibomi. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep everything until the period you already paid for ends.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, since that's where the payment was made. If something in Kibomi went wrong, write to us anyway: we'd rather fix it, and we're happy to back you up with Apple.
